Beekman 1802 Sells Controlling Stake to Eurazeo

The $92 million deal includes Cohesive Capital Partners and the Cherng Family Trust as co-investors.

Eurazeo, a global investment group, is acquiring a controlling stake in Beekman 1802, the premium skin care and body care company.
